Dr AB is very attentive and has a great bed side manner. The office appears to be overbooked and wait times are a problem if your schedule isnt flexible, so plan for longer than average wait times. The staff are helpful and make the process of intake as smooth as possible.

All there from Dr. AB to all his staff are very personable. Dr. AB explains things so I can understand them and answers all my questions.

Dr Balachandran listens and explains. He answers questions in an understandable manner including drawing pictures. He is very patient and doesn't seem to be in a hurry. I never feel rushed or given a quick visit. His office strives to run on time. They schedule testing the same day just prior to my visits so Dr Balachandran has the latest information on my condition. He is an excellent doctor with good patient skills.

I didn*t have to wait in the office long at all. This visit Dr. AB was increasing my dosage. He was his usual polite and friendly self. The waiting room was well decorated and comfortable .

Check-in was easy and was promptly shown to a room for the test. Test was conducted in a prompt and very professional manner. Without much waiting time Dr. AB came in talked me about my condition and meds. Easy peasy! Really like the new office.

Dr A.B is a very wonderful Dr. He really cares about his patience. You go to him with concerns he will listen to you. And will run appropriate test to make sure everything is alright. After a 15 minute wait in waiting room, I was given an EKG. Another 15 minute until I was called into the exam room. The nurse took my vitals and in less than 5 minutes, Dr Balachandran came in. We discussed my recent tests, he explained everything. He decided to stop one medication and explained it was causing my B/P to be too low. He asked if I had any questions and I didn't. He wants to see me in a year right after I have and Echocardiogram and Treadmill Stress Test. The testing and next appointment were made for the same day. Dr Balachandran is very friendly, explains in terms I can understand. He isn't in a rush and makes you feel like you are his only patient, giving you all of his attention and answering any questions. I highly recommend him.

Had a long wait in the waiting room, but my time with the doctor was great.

Experience was great

Dr . AB has a great bedside manor , sometimes he may be in a hurry but is willing to sit with me and explain what is going on or what could be wrong . Tells me what test I need . The only complaint I have is I was to supposed to have a sleep study but have never heard from anyone

I really like Dr A.B. but there is always a long wait in the office to see him. No matter when your appt is.

Thanks. Appreciate explanations. But I do want to get off meds when possible. Still haven’t found the source or reason for blood clots or why my iron is low in my blood. But my heart is strong and doing great. It’s strong enough for my 2nd hip replacement surgery tomorrow and I thank you for that. I am growing weary of them not finding any answers to the clots and iron issue.

I am always pleased with Dr. A.B. He tells me the facts on my heart health which is important to me. The only thing I would change is the length of the wait time. It is a little long sometimes, but worth it to be able to see a Doctor I have confidence in.
